Caesar Island is located at the heart of Caesar Bay in Ras-ElHekma Gulf 200 km Alexandria–Matrouh Road, which is 85 Km from Marsa Matrouh, recently 200 Km from Cairo by the new El Shiekh Zaid – El dabaa highway road and 220 km from Siwa. Referring to Google Earth Caesar Island resort lies at the center of the Earth which is a unique location by all standards. The site is about 180 km from Alexandria Burj El-Arab (HBE) international airport, 30 km from El-Alamein international airport and 75 km from Marsa Matrouh International Airport.

Project Overview
Project consists of 3 phase
Phase one launched includes 5 different types of chalets and villas (stand alone, semi-attached, twin houses and town houses), with a wide variety of built up areas from 60 square meters up to 430 square meters.
Units available are as follows.
Venice Type: Standalone villas with a built up area 430 m2, each with a private garden and an optional swimming pool.
Bologna Type: Standalone and semi-attached villas with a built up area 400 m2, each with a private garden and a swimming pool for each zone.
Milan Type: Twin-house villas with a built up area 285 m2, each with a private garden and a swimming pool for each zone.
Verona Type: Twin-house & townhouse villas with a built up area 235 m2, each with a private garden and a swimming pool for each zone.
Rome Type: Chalets with a wide variety of built up areas from 115 m2 up to 155 m2 each with a private garden and a swimming pool for each zone.
Florence Type: Graduated chalets and studios with a wide variety of areas from 60 m2 up to 180 m2 at the top of a mountain located at the southern border of the resort, with a magnificent 36 m height from the sea level, viewing the distant horizon and the magnificent shore.The chalets include a terrace area or a suspended garden, which is a signature design.
